The US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit has thrown out bad-faith claims against two insurers in a case involving a $25 million settlement related to a Ponzi scheme. The claims were brought by creditors' trustees, who under the settlement gained the rights to Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust's insurance coverage.
