- Quaker Quakes now called Quaker Popped
PepsiCo has changed the name of its Quaker Quakes snack to Quaker Popped "because it better represents the way the product is made, as they are literally popped to crispy perfection,” said Justin Lambeth, chief marketing officer for Quaker Foods North America. The Nestle factory in York, England, has begun producing dark chocolate for Kit Kat, After Eight, Quality Street and Matchmakers brands.
