  • Dutch court clears Samsung tablets of violating Apple's design rights
    Samsung Electronics won a round over Apple in their ongoing patent litigation when a Dutch court cleared Samsung's Galaxy tablets from infringing on Apple's design rights in a ruling that covers the entire European Union, not just the Netherlands. But Apple can still pursue a patent suit against Samsung, a court spokeswoman said.
