Forty-five percent of surveyed employees said voluntary life, dental and disability benefits play an important role in deciding to join a company. - Ariz. measure would require parental permission to treat children
A bill introduced in the Arizona House would require mobile dental care providers to obtain parental permission before providing routine cleanings or treating with sealants, and obtain permission a second time before providing restorations, extractions or other irreversible procedures.
