South Africa is a varied test bed for mobile money
The South African market is home to a variety of mobile payment offerings from banks, mobile networks and third parties, says Emma Pearce, director of the upcoming Mobile Money Africa conference and exhibition in Johannesburg. Study reveals habits, preferences of U.K. mobile searchers
Four in 10 U.K. mobile users searching for products or services said they intended to make a purchase within a day of searching, according to a study by xAd and Telmetrics. Those with such immediate intentions were 14% more likely to use smartphones than tablets.
