Forest Service comments needed
Recently the Bush administration released a set of regulatory proposals addressing our nation's forest health crisis. The proposals focus on reducing the risks of catastrophic wildfire, insect infestation and disease which threaten our public forests, adjacent private lands, communities, wildlife habitat, and our air and water. Please take the opportunity to show your support of these regulatory proposals by sending a pre-written electronic postcard to the Forest Service. Click on this link for more information on the proposals and to send your postcard. It only takes a minute or two and every comment counts! If you have any questions, please contact Katy Moffett at (202) 463-2755.
