Consumers reacquaint themselves with carbs

After 9% of people said they were on low-carb diets at the end of 2003, that number dropped to 3.6% as of last November, according to one study, and bread companies are reporting rising sales. Sara Lee said its new whole-grain Delightful line became an instant success.
