Good Technology knows that it takes more than good luck to gain a foothold in enterprise networks. The company's software syncs mobile employees with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Domino, and corporate intranets. Good's software also provides access to information stored in corporate databases. Good originally offered its own handheld device, but it has since shifted all of its focus to software and services. The company agreed to be acquired by Motorola in November 2006.
