HealthWarehouse.com sells over-the-counter in more than one way. The online pharmacy sells prescription and over-the-counter drugs to more than 30,000 customers. It sources its products from suppliers including Masters Pharmaceutical and The Harvard Drug Group. HealthWarehouse went public through a reverse merger with OTC-traded Clacendix in 2009. Clacendix provided products that protected enterprise data and networks from security threats. Faced with declining sales and mounting losses, Clacendix sold its assets to network security specialist Cryptek for $3.2 million in early 2008. The following year Clacendix merged with HealthWarehouse and changed its name.
