Oct 21 (Reuters) - Canada's biggest railroad, Canadian National Railway (CNR.TO) (CNI.N), said it ordered 70 high -horsepower locomotives from GE Transportation, a unit of General Electric Co (GE.N), and Electro-Motive Diesel Inc.
