While DVR popularity grows, live TV remains the norm
A new study from the Leichtman Research Group shows that DVRs are now in 36% of U.S. households, about four times the consumer uptake just four years ago. Still, the report adds, more than 90% of all TV viewing is being done the old-fashioned way ... without time-shifting.
