Carphone Warehouse optimistic demerger will be complete by March
Carphone Warehouse is preparing to demerge its TalkTalk fixed-line broadband business from Best Buy Europe, and it is confident the deal can be done by the end of March. The U.K. mobile-phone retailer and broadband provider reiterated its full-year guidance as its performance in both of its businesses exceeded expectations.
