Qwest pumps up broadband speeds

For a $110-a-month fee, Qwest Communications is offering broadband customers download speeds of 40 Mbps in select areas, including Minneapolis/St. Paul; Denver; Salt Lake City; and Tucson, Ariz. Qwest is ramping up to extend the service, which features upload speeds of 20 Mbps to additional areas in the future.
