Cablevision feels a need for speed
Cablevision Systems Corp. increased the maximum download speed for its Optimum Online broadband service to 15 Mbps, from 10 Mbps, and doubled the maximum upload speed to 2 Mbps. The MSO also announced a 30 Mbps service called Optimum Online Boost for users willing to pay an additional $9 to $15.
