Niche carrier Leap Wireless International has signed up 2 million subscribers and now offers service in 50 markets by targeting young, low-income and ethnic customers. The company's stock is up 58% this year, and analysts say they believe its fast-paced growth can continue if it keeps costs down and continues to add markets.
