As the Federal Aviation Administration prepares to launch a review of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood says the aircraft is safe to fly. "I believe this plane is safe, and I would have absolutely no reservations about boarding one of these planes and taking a flight," LaHood said.
