Boeing expects on-time delivery for future United 787s:
Boeing says that no more of United's 787 Dreamliner jets will be delivered late after the carrier expressed concern that its second 787 arrived several days late. United says the jet was due last week but did not arrive until Wednesday. Boeing did not give details on what caused the delay. "We have no indication that the follow-on planes will be late. We fully anticipate that delivery will be in the contracted time frame," said Boeing spokesman Tim Bader.
