4A's asks review consultants to protect creative work
Consultants handling agency reviews should ensure that contractual language clearly spells out agency ownership of intellectual property rights of any material prepared for the pitch, says a letter sent from the 4A's, on behalf of almost 50 shops to some 30 top review firms.
