Senator sees "signs" that Obama will sign anti-ETS bill
Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., remarked on what he called "encouraging signs" that President Barack Obama will sign into law a bill Thune cosponsored that would allow the Department of Transportation to block U.S. airlines from complying with a controversial European Union emissions policy. The bill passed Congress, but Obama has not yet given an indication of his stance.
