Bubbly, a voice-driven social network, has become the rage in India, where it's the mic of choice for some Bollywood stars. The startup's creator, Bubble Motion, which has offices in California's Silicon Valley and Singapore, says it hopes to continue its viral success by expanding to mobile-centric Japan and Brazil before trying the U.S. or European markets.
