Physicians don't think most patients consult online rating sites
A survey by the American College of Physician Executives revealed only 21% of responding doctors believed that more than 50% of U.S. patients have checked an online physician rating site, while 55% said only up to 25% of patients may have done so. However, 69% said they consulted such sites to see what patients said about them.
