ACOG issues guidelines on reproductive coercion
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends screening teen girls and women for reproductive coercion. Interventions may help girls and women leave abusive relationships and reduce the prevalence of unplanned pregnancies, according to the group's guidelines, published in the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology.
