The average price of used vehicles is projected to increase 1.8% this year, according to the National Automobile Dealers Association. This means 9.5 million foreign cars and light trucks were sold rather than domestic models during 2007 through 2011, with another estimated 4.1 million foreign vehicles sold in place of domestic nameplates during 2012 and 2013.
