Sebelius calls for new push to insure U.S. children

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius called for new strategies to identify and enroll some 5 million uninsured American children in federal health care programs, such as Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program. Sebelius told the National Children's Health Insurance Summit in Chicago the "gap in private insurance for children has risen dramatically."
