Children in U.S. are getting enough sleep, study shows
U.S. researchers tracked children's sleep times from birth to age 18 and found that they met the CDC's recommended amount of sleep for toddlers, preschoolers and teens. The study in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine found no differences in sleep time between boys and girls.
