Introducing fish to diet at 6 months linked to lower asthma risk
Introducing fish into children's diets between the ages of 6 months and 12 months was associated with a significantly lower risk of wheezing at 48 months, researchers report in the journal Pediatrics. Introducing fish to children's diets at 14 months or later had no effect on wheezing, and introduction before 6 months correlated with significantly higher risk of wheezing at 48 months.
