CDC holds 2nd meeting on meningitis vaccine for infants

During the second of four forums held by the CDC, more than 100 parents, health care providers and other advocates tackled the pros and cons of giving the meningitis vaccine to infants, with some of them sharing personal experience with the disease or concerns about the vaccine. A CDC official said the agency organizes the meetings to gain insights about how people juggle between statistics and complexities and their personal beliefs.
