Seniors set fitness tone for Florida elementary students

Florida seniors in the Fitness One America campaign have been traveling the school circuit to show elementary students the value of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. The campaign against childhood obesity includes interactive exercise with students and a swing-dance demonstration, after which 9-year-old Kassadie Hall said it was "amazing to hear them and see them doing all that dancing."
