A new website called the Medicare Chronic Conditions Dashboard was unveiled by CMS to boost researchers' access to information about Medicare patients with multiple chronic conditions. The website offers "new and critical data that can help us develop better patient-centered approaches to improve health outcomes, lower costs and maximize quality of life," said HHS Assistant Secretary for Health Dr. Howard Koh.
