Uroplasty makes implants used primarily to treat urinary incontinence and overactive bladder. Its flagship product is Macroplastique, a soft-tissue bulking material for the treatment of urinary incontinence, that is injected during a minimally invasive outpatient procedure. Another minimally invasive device, the Urgent PC, uses electrical pulses to treat overactive bladder symptoms. Uroplasty's I-Stop Mid-Urethral Sling treats female incontinence. The company also sells soft-tissue bulking agents used in plastic surgery, vocal cord rehabilitation, and treatment of fecal incontinence. Uroplasty markets its products primarily in Europe and the US; it won FDA approval to market Macroplastique in 2006.
