Stryker buys IP of Advanced Surgical's knee replacement

Stryker has agreed to buy Advanced Surgical Design and Manufacture's intellectual property for Active Unicompartmental Knee replacement. The deal calls for Stryker to give full payment and prematurely terminate its marketing agreement with ASDM.
