Caesars Entertainment has completed a $187 million financing deal for the renovation of hotel rooms and the casino at Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon in Las Vegas. Jan Jones, a spokeswoman for the company, said the refurbishment project calls for construction of a rooftop pool deck and a nightclub. "It's Caesars partnering with hospitality guru Victor Drai in creating an entirely new hotel experience," said Viney Singal, managing director of Valtus Capital Group, one of the projects' lenders.
