Landry's Inc., owner of the Golden Nugget casino brand, will close on a deal to acquire the Isle Casino Hotel in Biloxi, Miss., following the Biloxi Council's approval of city property leases to the casino. The planned renovation for the rebranding of the property will begin in January and is expected to be completed by next summer.
