The $60 million expansion of the Choctaw Casino in Pocola, Okla., will add more than 350 new jobs to the town. "We added about 80 staff on this first phase and we're picking up almost another 300 employees between now and May when the hotel opens," said Barrett DeFay, who works with Choctaw Casinos. The project's first phase has been finished, while the second phase is expected to be completed in May.
