MGM Mirage resorts to work collaboratively

Until recently, MGM Mirage resorts competed against one another for bookings. That's all about to change: under a new marketing strategy, individual resorts' sales teams will begin cross-selling across the company's portfolio, just as Harrah's does. They will steer guests toward MGM resorts more appropriate to their budget and bundling rooms at one resort with entertainment at another. The hope is that by banding together, the resorts will be able to maximize companywide earnings.
