Hard Rock reaches agreement over malfunctioning slot
A Florida man who believed he won $166 million at a Hard Rock casino in Tampa, Fla., has reached an agreement with the casino. The casino said the slot machine Bill Seebeck was playing malfunctioned and spun out of control. The maximum payout for the Bally Ultimate Party Spin slot machine is $99,000, and Seebeck's bet of $1.50 at the time would have generated a maximum payout of $2,500.
