Arkansas has seen the dollar value of large construction projects fall in the last year. However, there were still more than $1.3 billion worth of large projects in the works in that period. Meanwhile, the city of Minneapolis has approved 12,161 permits worth over $1 billion, many of them for apartment buildings.
