A $1.3 billion project dubbed Capitol Crossing moves closer to construction after its developer, Property Group Partners, obtained air rights for a three-block recessed area of the Center Leg Freeway in Washington, D.C. The project will include one residential building and four office buildings, and is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Construction is expected to start next year.
