Louisiana parish approves time line for $22M hotel
The Terrebonne Parish Council in Houma, La., has approved a new construction time line for a $22 million hotel. Under the plan, the 143-room hotel will open by early 2011. Texas-based K Partners Hospitality, which recently secured $13 million in financing for the project, has until March to pour the foundation for the building.
