Obama administration targets job creation
President Barack Obama is to host a summit on job creation next month in a bid to reinvigorate efforts to reduce unemployment. The move came as congressional Democrats offered up a package of new tax breaks and hinted that a targeted plan to boost the construction sector could be in the cards.
