Joint venture lands contract to reinforce New Orleans levees
A joint venture of St. Louis-based Alberici Constructors Inc. and Archer Western Contractors, a division of Chicago's Walsh Group, will reinforce New Orleans levees damaged by Hurricane Katrina as part of a contract that could be worth nearly $300 million. The joint venture is expected to complete the project by June 1, 2011.
