New York's infrastructure funding will fall short, report says

A report by the New York state comptroller found the state could fall $80 billion short of the funds it needs for infrastructure projects over the next 20 years. While the stimulus package could help ease the shortfall over the next two years, the report notes that it will not address all of the state's "looming infrastructure deficiencies."
