Incentives continue to drive wellness program participation
Wellness programs and incentives continue to be popular with businesses, but the success of wellness programs still depends on employee participation. Incentive Research Foundation's 2011 study showed that only 1 in 5 employees participate in wellness programs without incentives. Jennifer Goforth Gregory of Intuit recommends creating a program that meets the needs and targets the health issues of employees, and using incentives that people want.
