Whole-grain intake, prediabetes risk may be tied, study says
People who ate about 2 ounces of whole grains per day had a 27% lower risk of developing prediabetes than did those who ate about half that much, Swedish researchers found. The results appear in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
