Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust carries on a legacy of upscale hotel ownership. It owns or has long-term leases on about 25 hotel and resort properties; most are located in Canada, but the company also has a couple in the US. All of the firm's properties operate under the Fairmont and Delta names. Fairmont Raffles Hotels and International operates all of the REIT's properties.
