Manhattan hotel rate comparison shows Four Seasons a no-haggle zone

A check on hotel rates at five New York hotels, using four booking methods -- Expedia, the hotel's own Web site, the reservation phone line and an in-person inquiry at the hotel's front desk -- showed interesting results, and one hotel that simply won't haggle.
