Grand Hyatt San Francisco workers walk out after strike authorization
Union members at San Francisco's Grand Hyatt hotel walked off the job on Thursday, representing the first hotel walkout since union members at 30 of the city's hotels authorized a strike as labor negotiations stalled. Health care has been a primary issue in the negotiations.
