Honeywell vies to provide engines, avionics to China's Avicopter
China's Avicopter has agreed to consider using engines and avionics provided by Honeywell Aerospace after signing a "strategic cooperation framework agreement." According to a Honeywell official, the company is slated to provide avionics and engines for Avicopter's proposed "next-generation single/twin" aircraft. Honeywell is also vying to provide avionics for the AC352.
