Following its failed merger with BAE Systems, EADS is looking for new direction, in particular for its Cassidian defense operations, which struggled in the first nine months of the year. EADS CFO Harald Wilhelm says the firm will focus on strengthening its core Eurofighter, missile and radar businesses.
