Opinion: Border fence includes "questionable technology"

Earlier this year, the Government Accountability Office told DHS that radar/sensor towers built by Boeing for a virtual border fence were not the best system for supporting Border Patrol needs, the Arizona Republic editorial board writes. The board also writes that the fence, as planned, has large holes, and Indian tribes say they are unlikely to allow a physical fence on their reservations.
